Walmart.com has great deals on Halloween costumes right now. They have children’s costumes (like this Fifties girl) priced as low as $8! Many items have $.97 shipping or free shipping to store.
These costumes don’t have great reviews but if you just want something simple to use for Halloween I think they might be fine.
I found a lot of options for kids or adults. This Tinkerbell and this Transformers costume are priced at just $10.
