Target: Tyson Nuggets as low as $2.57

I don’t buy chicken nuggets myself but I think this is a pretty good price for these.

My Target store has an unadvertised deal on Tyson breaded chicken items- Buy 2 and get a 3rd free through 10/22.

So if your store has the Crispy Chicken Strips, you could try this:

Buy 3 bags at $4.99 (one is free)
Use (3) $.75/1 from 10/2 SS
Final Price: $2.57 per bag

Again, you want to look for signs in your store because this was not advertised in the weekly circular.

See more Target deals for the week here.

Target doesn’t allow the use of a coupon on a free item (at least at my store any way).

Jessica, it is not mentioned one way or another in the coupon policy but if your store doesn’t allow it just add .75 to the price.

It is the “chicken nuggets” that are included in the deal. The Crispy Chicken strips are not included in the buy 2 get 1 free deal.

Jennifer, my store had chicken nuggets, chicken patties and chicken tenders- all the Tyson items. I did not specifically look for Crispy Strips but I saw several items included and I have photos of chicken patties so I am certain it wasn’t just nuggets.

Thanks for tip Charlene! My Target was also giving out coupon books this weekend and they have $1 any Tyson product Target coupons in them. So the math will look like this:

Buy (3) Tyson Chicken Strips @$4.99
Get (1) Free, use (3) $1 Target coupon and (3) .75 off Manufacturer Coupon

    $1.57 each!

I had a $1.00 off coupon and my Target actually used them for the free one too!!!! I got them for $2.29 each

Oh good so for sure the crispy ones are included? Great. I know I saw a bunch but I didn’t pay attention to the specifics.

Charlene, I went to do this deal and my receipt is really confusing. I bought two bags at $5.99 each and one at $4.99. I fully anticipated getting the $4.99 one for free and I had three $1 off coupons. Under the special promotion portion of the receipt it shows the coupons coming off but didn’t take them off the package total – $11.98. Can I take the receipt in to get the $3.00 back? It also shows the refund value as less… I am really confused!

Betsy, that is odd. You should be able to get $2 off if not $3 at customer service. The refund value is prorated to account for the bag that was free that is why it is less.
