I did check Walmart and the price was $6.48- so 2.48 after coupon.
This 3.5lb bag is the smallest size I have seen for dog food. I know there are rumors that the 1lb box of dog food is cheaper but please note that information is not accurate and Purina does not make dog food in a 1lb box.

My sister-in-law said her Walmart (Manteca) carries a 1lb. of Purina Dog Food for $2.57
I hope she did find that. I have never seen the dog food in boxes, only cat food. I have the feeling people are confusing the two but if anyone for sure finds the dog food for $2.57 I’d love to hear it!
