That is a good one because Revlon is 40% off this week with a $2 +Up back (limit 1)
Use the $2/1 Revlon Rite Aid coupon
and Use the $1/1 Revlon coupon from Walmart coupon insert (if you got it)
And my projected starting price on lip items is $6.99 (so $4.19 after sale)
Which means you pay $1.19 after coupons and get back a $2 +Up Reward!
