There is a new NYC Cosmetics coupon available this morning (zip code 60625) for $1.50/2 products.
The regular polish or eyeliner is priced at $.94 at Target or you can try CVS where it is usually priced at $.99.
So each polish is as low as $.19 after coupon!
I bet this one doesn’t last long so grab it while you can! The coupon does say “available at Walmart” but it is a manufacturer coupon that can be used at any store.
