UPDATE: I did get this to work. I just clicked the tab and then sat there and finally the form popped open.
I had a little trouble awhile ago (when they first released it), but after only about 3 refreshes, I requested mine just fine. What a nice freebie!
Not working at all even after refreshing it.
Finally got mine. I had to refresh about 10 times, but it did come up.
FYI…when you click on the page, leave it alone for about 20-30 seconds and it will come up eventually. Refreshing it won’t work, just let it be. 😀
Oh, and when you submit, it takes some time too!
