Actually for the Chipotle deal you have to pay $2 for a boorito. Still a good price.
Also at Applebees kids eat free today, not sure if a costume is required or not
If you have a sonic drive in around your area, they have from 5pm-10pm, .50 corn dogs. At least at my local sonic they do and they had this event last year as well. http://www.sonicdrivein.com/prmtns/2009/corndog/
Last year, our sonic even decided to do it early so we got corn dogs when it was happy hour.
