It won’t let me personalize it. It asks me to personalize it or add to cart without personalization, but even after clicking PERSONALIZE there is no where to enter the name. Anyone want to help me out?

This was posted on Oct 25 as a daily deal. The offer has now expired. It is usually important to order these things right away because the promo codes usually expire really quickly.
