I usually find the combo packs on sale at ToysRUs the first week they come out, then I price match at Walmart…. worth looking into
Elisabeth says
I’ve always found the best time to figure the deals out is on Sunday (or in some states Saturday) when the ads come out for that week. Looking at online sites they usually have different prices instore so really you can’t go by them.
Charlene says
Elisabeth the prices I listed are the best deals I did find from actual ads that will be in your newspaper on Sunday.
Elisabeth says
Charlene, that is neat you get to see the ads before their out! In our area sometimes they’ll be priced below what the ad says not sure why that is I’ll have to ask.
Rachel says
The price at amazon went down to $26.99 for the 5 disc combo 🙂 better deal!

I just bought a box of Kellogg’s Cars 2 Fruit Snacks with a coupon on the back. It says “Save $5 on any one of these Disney Blu-ray Combo Packs or DVD favorites. ” It shows Pirates of the Caribbean on stranger tides, Spooky Buddies Blu-ray with a blue box, Winnie the Pooh Blu-ray with a blue box, Lion King Blue-ray with a silver box and Cars 2 Blu-ray with a blue box. According to Amazon it is the Cars @ Blu-ray 2 disc set that is in the blue box. I am hoping the stores will take it.

Jennifer says
Has anyone actually printed the coupon? It says the coupon has ended, so I am wondering if they actually haven’t released it yet, or it really did run out of prints. I have never had a problem printing the Disney movie coupons before.
Charlene says
Well that is crazy. I did print it when I posted. I would check again later Jennifer because it is specifically mentioned in the Target ad for Sunday so I would think they would have a lot of ticked off people if they don’t restock the coupon.
Rachel says
I just printed it. Hopefully you will be able to print it now Jennifer.
Jennifer says
thanks, it is working this morning. Crazy message, the disney site must have been having some brief issues.

What I’m going to do is price match at target with Best Buy’s ad. Target has special limited edition packaging looks like a snowglobe and lights up.
Nicole Mecca says
I just bought the DVD at Rite Aid but I am not sure how to use the UPC / Proof of Purchase tabs. It looks like there are 2 Proof of Purchase tabs and 1 UPC. Does that mean we can use all 3 rebates? Or are teh proof of purchase tabs supposed to be kept together?
Rayovac wants the UPC, Kimberly Clark wants the tab or UPC, and Johnson&Johnson wants the tab or UPC. All of them will accept copies of the receipts.
Charlene says
Yup.
Robyn says
I have heard Target is not Price Matching Best Buy because they have a different special limited edition. Plus they are giving away a freebie with it at Target. Anyone else run into this problem?
Thanks
Charlene says
You need to match the exact same items. If there is some sort of bonus at one store you probably can’t get a price match.
Jennifer says
My Target would not pricematch. So will be heading to Best buy later
Rachel says
I just bought it at WM for $24.96 – $5 coupon = $19.96 🙂
mike says
will toys-r-us price match the 5-disk price that best buy has in their ad?? If they do, is it still possible to get the clock for free??
Brenda says
Fred Meyers has it on sale for 14.99, plus get free Juicy Juice and 5-pack Mac and Cheese when purchased together. AND there is a $5 coupon on the back of select Kellogg Cars 2 fruit snacks for the Combo or just the DVD. Great deal!!
Charlene says
Mike, I am not aware of a price matching policy at Toys R Us.
Janey says
TRU used to price match but the last few times I’ve tried it they’ve turned me down. I have to go by Best Buy to pick up one of their ads and it’s right next to a TRU so I’m going to try it to see if they will do it and if so, I’ll try to do the $10 gift card WYB $40 in Disney movies deal and maybe pick up a few other Cars items while I’m there to put away for Christmas.
Jennifer, Target’s corporate policy is to price match other competitor’s ads so I would print out their policy (here’s a link to it: http://sites.target.com/site/en/company/page.jsp?contentId=WCMP04-040400) and march right back to the store and ask for the manager OR contact their customer service number. I would be LIVID if they ever refused to do that when it’s their policy, especially as much $$ as I spend there in any given week!
Charlene says
Janey- I believe the issue is not price matching. The issue is price matching when the items are not identical. It is within the policy to refuse to match if the items are not the same and I believe they were talking about trying to price match special packs that were exclusive to certain stores. You can’t price match those.
