I wanted to mention this deal but just note you will have to do a little leg work of your own on this one.
At my Target store there is an unadvertised gift card offer for Starbucks Coffee:
Starbucks Coffee- Buy 2 bags at $8.89 and get a $5 gift card (through 10/1)
We are supposed to see $1.50/1 Starbucks coffee coupons in the 9/11 SS
So the deal should look like this:
Buy 2 bags at $8.89
Use (2) $1.50/1 Starbucks coupons from 9/11 SS
Pay $14.78 and get back a $5 gift cardSo the net price is $9.78 or $4.89 per bag!
My store had regular Starbucks and the Natural Fusions kind included. Hopefully you find the same deal at your store. Remember this was not in the weekly ad so you just need to look for those signs indicating your store is participating.
As always, make sure you check your inserts carefully before buying extra papers to be sure you have the coupons you want.
See tons more Target deals for this week here.
If you happen to be a Safeway shopper, you can also get a great deal on Seattle’s Best with the Safeway coupon books available.
PS: By the way, if you scored the Kashi coupon yesterday there will be a nice deal on Kashi starting Sunday to buy 5 and get 1 free. You might hold your coupons and see how that deal flushes out. You can print additional Kashi coupons here as well.

Thanks, I love Starbucks coffee! Do you happen to know if the coupons are for any flavor or just the Natural Fusions? Hubby doesn’t like the NF.
Charlene says
Karla I checked the coupon and from what I can see it is any variety of bagged coffee.

I got a catalina info print out from Safeway stating that if you buy 2 bags of Starbuck’s coffee or 2 packs of VIA or a combination of the 2 (Not the 3 count) you will get a catalina for a $5 e-giftcard for Starbucks online. The deal runs from 9/5 – 10/2 and is at Safeway only as far as I know. I am planning on trying this with the coupon from Sunday’s paper – so I’ll post the results then.

Off topic question: The Target near my home has the Colgate toothpaste for $0.98 and I wanted to use (6) $1 Colgate Toothpaste Target coupons which mean Free toothpaste… the lady only allowed me to use 1 coupon. I’ve read the coupon policy several times and they didn’t have a limit of how many Target like coupons I am allowed to use… Can someone let me know if I am misreading the policy as I don’t want to get into any problems. Thanks
Charlene says
MaLu, If it is Target coupons, the actual coupon says limit 1. The stores are allowed to limit those. Most do not enforce the limit but more and more are starting to due to a lot of abuse of those coupons.
MaLu says
Thanks. It looks like my neighbors will be getting coupons 🙂
Angela says
Charlene-which store did you go to? I just went to Fairway and they didn’t have this. I even tried scanning and no luck! 🙁
Charlene says
Angela, the scanners there don’t tell you if there is a gift card. I noticed they sneaked and removed all the signage on Sunday but I decided to try it anyway and it worked! The deal that I posted clearly says it goes through 10/1 so I wasn’t sure what was wrong but I am 100% sure I got the card and the prices were the same. I bought the brown Joe’s blend I think and the Pike Place blend. So if you want to try, just give the coffee as your first items and tell them you want to confirm it triggers a gift card. I bet it will and then you go on with your deal. If for some reason it doesn’t, just tell them you don’t want the coffee and to please take it off. I don’t know why all the signs were down. Turkeys 😉

What is an e-giftcard? Can you redeem for a physical Starbucks Giftcard?
