I stopped into Target today and at my store the Dollar Spot has gone to 50% off. This will vary by store but you might have a look if you are headed to Target. I always find a lot of junk in the Dollar Spot mixed in with some treasures. I especially like to get little books, hair clips, coloring books and I always keep an eye out for little things that would be good in stockings or Operation Christmas Child boxes.
This time around it is brown dot items on sale and I got several coloring books/workbooks for $.50 each, an Elmo book, Winnie the Pooh socks and color crayons as well as lip glosses all for .50 each. My girls usually color in the kitchen when I am making dinner so these books are perfect. I also got a few extra to add to a birthday party gift and the little lip balms I will probably keep for Christmas stockings.

PS: The school supplies are 75% off at my store and almost totally gone. If you need a coupon binder this is for sure the time to have a look and see if you get lucky!
In school supplies, there were lots of pink backpacks $4.xx and composition notebooks $.20 – $.25, some contained a page of manu coupons. One of the manu Q is $1 off Scotch repositionable mounting stars, and those are clearanced at $.82 .
In Richmond, VA, the One Spot stuff went to 50% off on Monday, so I’m expecting/hoping that it will be down to 75% off tomorrow. As of today at lunchtime there was still a ton of stuff left. Our school stuff is stil only at 30%. Hopefully it will be marked down again quickly now that the Halloween stuff is coming out!
At the Lincoln, CA store there was a ton of clearance items in the Home/Bath area. It ranged from 30% to 75% and included quite a few styles of towels, bath rugs, accessories, shower curtains, etc. There was clearance on every aisle and some was picked through but I managed to get some items I had been wanting to get anyway. A chrome TP stand, normally $18.99 for just over $9, a couple nice white bath mats, normally $18 for $4.48 and a few other accessories that were only 30% off but I was picking up anyway.
My friend and I got small gift boxes with little notebooks, and sticky note pads, all matching. All for 1.50 because of 50% off, plan to add an ornament and a bag of home made cookies, and the teacher’s Christmas presents are done!
The 70 count notebooks were 75% off at my store which made them just .05 – if you have space, you may want to buy some for next year!!
The dollar spot was 70% off today and school supplies were 75%. Some of the school supplies were marked 50% but the sign said 75% markdowns at registers. I was able to get to-go Kleenex packages (cars & Disney themed) for $.09. I grabbed every one of them. I’m ready for the cold season!
Last year the notebooks went down to $.01 and picked up several hundred to donate to a local family resource center for our community schools. I love target clearance!!!
