JJ, that is actually a perfectly legitimate thing to do most of the time. Rite Aid, however recently changed the policy and they won’t allow that anymore:

The $2/1 huggies slip-on diapers coupon is actually a target coupon, so you can’t use it at rite aid right? Somehow I didn’t get the $3 huggies coupons in the 9/11 inserts so I’m really out of luck and really in need of diapers! 🙁
