If you have a Plum District account set up, I just wanted to make sure you kept an eye on your inbox. They are sending out emails letting people know if they update their account with a zip code, you get $5 in credit applied to your account.
I got this in my account last night and my husband got the email in his account this morning. It is from Plum District and says “Update your zip and get $5.” The credit is only offered for 24 hours and it is only valid through the end of the month.
If you have not registered for Plum District it is probably too late but you can always try signing up and see what happens. Plum District is a daily deals site and they seem to specialize in local deals- like discounted hair salons, clothing retailers etc… The deals change daily and usually there is one national deal that anyone, anywhere can buy.

I like to keep an eye on these places starting about now to try and get Christmas gifts at a good discount.
Did your credit show up right away? I got the email last night, updated my zip code, and have yet to see a credit in my account 🙁
Marie, I am guessing it is not instant but I don’t recall seeing any specifics about when to expect it in the email. Maybe give it a full day.
The fine print said the $5 credit would show-up on our next purchase.
Ah ha. I figured eventually someone would read it carefully. 😛
