Emily, I heard from 2 people that had complaints but neither of them had direct experience with the company. Both had a friend that had a problem 🙂 So I don’t discount what they said and I am a little leary but at the same time I can’t really say this company is not trustworthy either. I have an old and expired Visa gift card that I use for occasions like this. I just make the expiration current and it usually works great.
