To get the offer just head over to Green Mountain on Facebook.
Click Fair Trade on the left sidebar and then click the white coffee cup in the center of the screen.
A little thing popped up for me to enter my info and pick which sample I wanted.
It looks like some people are having trouble on the Facebook wall but it worked perfectly for me in Chrome.
