This is available Sept 9-11 only and there is no purchase necessary. The value of the lotion is $3.50.
They also released a Bath and Body Works coupon for a free Halloween pocket bac with any purchase. This one is valid through 9/11 and I think these little things would be fun to take to school as a little gift for teachers.
