I bought two $50 Master Card gift cards a couple of weeks ago, thinking I was so smart since I’d get the $10 Catalina. But as you said, there was a $4.95 activation fee per card. So I only made 10 cents in the end! I don’t know if there were any $100 cards available, then at least I would have made $5.05 off the deal!
@Sharon, try using a credit card that give u rewards or points to pay for it. i.e.Paypal debit card gives you 1% cash back … 😉
