I mentioned this a few weeks ago but I wanted to post it again in case you missed out. There are actually some great deals from Pottery Barn if you have teens or college kids. I think some of these items would be great for teacher’s too!

You can get lunch bags or wristlets for $6.99.  They have designs that would work for a man or woman (well except the wristlets I am thinking those might not work for the fellas.)

They also have tablet cases for $11.99 and laptop sleeves for $8.99.

You can also get zippered binders for $10.99.  From the looks of these, I think they would work for a coupon binder!

Anyway, you can have a look at Pottery Barn Teen and all these products have free shipping.  I found the easiest thing was to sort by price because there is a ton to choose from.

Babylegs has extended the sale with 50% off all styles of Babylegs. Most styles of the leg warmers are $12 and they have really cute ones for fall available already- so your price will be $6 a pair after promo code.

They carry tights and socks as well.

Your shipping is free on a $30 order or it is $3.95.

Just head over to Babylegs and use coupon code: HALFOFF at checkout. This expires 9/6 but there is a good chance some styles will sell out early.  I would suggest starting with the clearance section under Shop.  There are a handful of socks that would be a steal after promo code!

Custom Canvas $15 Shipped

08/30/2011

Share

Oh the great deal from Canvas People is back again. You get a free 8×10 custom canvas or a $55 credit toward a larger canvas right now. You will have to pay shipping which should be about $15.

It looks like they also have a promotion for a free subscription to Family Fun magazine with a $19.95 purchase. If you decide to decline the subscription, you just fill in the form and write decline and send it off for a $10 cash rebate back!

Shipping and handling or taxes do not count toward the rebate offer so this works out to a great deal if you decide to get a larger canvas!

I just made two of these with our girls on them for my Stepmom as a birthday gift.

Head over to Canvas People to have a look.  The magazine information is listed on the lower right corner.

These deals will vary according to region so be sure to check your local ad.

Here are some highlights from the ad this week.  One nice thing is that the ad runs one extra day- so every Wednesday at Sprouts there is an overlapping ad!  You can shop for 2 weeks of deals in one day.

Here are the weekly coupon matchups through 8/31.  And below are the deals I found running through 9/7.

My Sprouts ad has a coupon on the front for $5 off a $30 purchase.  That makes the chicken in particular an insanely good price to really stock up!

I have a really fun little giveaway for those of you with little ones. Hallmark is providing a package of their newest products to make the transition back to school a little more fun.

The giveaway includes:

Recordable Hallmark Storybook (in your choice of Counting Kisses, Guess How Much I Love You or All The Ways I Love You.)
These books can be recorded and as you turn each page, the child will hear your voice reading them a story. These books are priced at $30.00 and there are tons of titles to choose from from Cars 2 to Princess to Thank You God for Everything.

We received the Counting Kisses book to check out and I really do love these books.  I recorded this one for my little Maya for when she is “helping” me make dinner.  She always wants me to read books and well.. that isn’t condusive with cooking so this comes in handy.  These are absolutely perfect for those of you with loved ones that are far away, on business trips or deployed because the children can still hear Mommy/Daddy/Grandpa etc.. reading them a book every night.

I have the “I Love You Grandma” book on my list to buy this year.  It is a book that your child can record as a gift for Grandma.  My mother in law lives in Seattle and she only gets to see the girls once a year so I think having this kind of thing for her to hear their little voices is totally worth the $30.

Lunch Notes for Kids. So this is a little packet of notes that you can tuck away into a lunchbox for the kids to be surprised at school.  Now I thought two things when I first heard of these- 1. I should really do that and 2. Those are kind of expensive.

These are priced at $6.95 which in my head I was thinking- well I can make those myself for free.  I will tell you after actually looking at them- these little notes are seriously cute.  You get 50 in a pack and they say things that I would never come up with on my own like:

“Be Good. Be Nice. Be Yourself. Nobody Does You Better Than You.”

So I tend to be a very sappy person when it comes to my kids and I think this kind of thing is fantastic.  I think these are cute for school aged kids or I think those of you with teenagers that can be less than delightful from time to time might consider taping these to the mirror for them as a surprise.  Those of you that have kids that recently left for college might like these too for little care packages throughout the year.

You also get 3 of the new Kid’s Collection greeting cards to use throughout the school year.

Finally, there is one more thing for the winner and that is Mabel’s Labels coupon code for a free set of colorful sticky labels with free shipping ($21 value).

I don’t know anyone that can’t use labels- if you don’t have little ones these are still very handy to put your last name on and stick them to DVDs, CDs, books etc…  anything that tends to get legs and walk away.

***

So that is it! A fun little prize pack for Back to School.

If you would like to enter to win just tell me which of the three Hallmark books you would choose:  Counting Kisses, Guess How Much I Love You or All The Ways I Love You.

Just leave a comment below to enter to win.  If you are viewing this in a reader or newsletter you will need to click through to the blog to enter.

BONUS ENTRY: Get a bonus entry if you subscribe to MFA via email or like me on Facebook . Be sure to leave a second comment letting me know! (And you don’t need to do both- just one is fine!)

This giveaway will end on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Please be sure to actually leave a comment below. Any emails, Facebook messages or tweets will not be counted. If you are viewing this in a newsletter just click through to the blog to enter.

Disclosure: Thank you to Mabel’s Labels and Hallmark for this little prize pack.  I was not compensated for this post but I did receive two product samples for review.

This offer is only available from 9am PST  to 2pm PST or (or 12pm EST to 5pm EST).
