CVS announced that specially marked 2 liters of Diet Coke have free coupon booklets attached with $8 in coupons for Procter and Gamble items this week.
I am not sure how much the 2L are this week but you can request a $1 off any Coke coupon from Recyclebank! You will need to earn points to get it and the coupon is mailed but I have found the coupons come super fast.
It looks like you might be looking for a luggage tag looking thing around the bottles and I am sure some stores might not have these at all. Certainly worth keeping and eye out though and I know it goes without saying but the booklets are only for people that actually buy the product.
