I went to BRus and they didn’t accept the the manufacturer’s coupon that you provided. They were saying it’s because we printed from a 3rd party website. They also tried the codes and it didn’t work.
AO, I would recommend contacting BRU corporate. The coupon is a manufacturer coupon and that doesn’t make any sense at all that they wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know what codes you are talking about- can you clarify?

I printed the coupons and presented it when total was given. When the guy ran the coupon few times it did not accept it, after few tries another person came to see if they could help and tried manually entering the coupon and then the manager came and said we do not accepted printed coupons. I told them it’s manufacturer’s coupon. She replied to me that we do not accepted coupon’s that are printed or copied. I told it wasn’t copied. I printed from coupons.com and she said we do not accept that. She said something like the coupon has to be from manufacturer and needs to be monogram.
I just called the corporate office and the lady goes if the manager says no we don’t accept it. The manager knowns more about the store’s policy and then she said she will ask her manager and her manager said no we do not accept coupons from coupons.com
Well it sounds like you are just out of luck at your store AO. just file that information away and now you know that they won’t accept coupons and you might try price matching at Walmart in the future. It sounds like you have a mess on yous hands with people that are confused and don’t understand coupons.
