Target: Hefty One Zip Bags $.47

I wanted to mention this Target coupon so you can grab it just in case it is pulled tomorrow. Reader Amy let me know her advance copy of the 7/10 RedPlum has a $1/2 Hefty One Zip bags coupon in it. Now I have an advance of that insert and mine does not have the coupon, so this will only be in some newspapers.

There is also a $1/1 Target coupon for Hefty One Zip bags. The 22 ct storage bags are regularly priced at $1.97. So assuming your Target allows you to use 2 coupons, it will work out to $.47/box!

Buy 2 Hefty One Zip at $1.97
Use $1/2 from 7/10 RP
and Use (2) $1/1 Target coupons
Final Price: .47 each

There is also a $1/2 coupon in the 4/10 RP if you don’t get this one tomorrow.

I think the price on Ziploc bags is good too- get 100 bags for as low as $1.38.  Remember a lot of teachers can use these types of bags for a whole host of things!

See the Shop for Free list for Target for more great deals.

I would also really like to know how to get advance copies – I can’t always get to the stores early sunday morning, and by the afternoon, all of the hot sales items are gone. If I could get advance copies, I could go saturday nights (yes, I’m that awesome I like to go shopping on saturday nights lol)

Some areas get them and some don’t. Some get them in the mail. I get them in my Thursday paper. When I lived in Seattle they came in the saturday paper. You have to scout out and see if you dig them up in your city.

My Target coupons always say one per transaction…do yours? and do they let you use two anyway??

Anita, only a small minority of stores enforce the limits. You will need to find out if your store enforces the 1 like coupon or not. If they do, you need to adjust any scenarios to accommodate their policies.

The $1.00/2 coupon is also on the Red Plum website, so you can print it if you don’t get it in your insert.

What’s the best way to scout your city for advanced inserts? I’m in the Sac area and I know the sac bee doesn’t do it. Do you call newspapers?

I think Target pulled the coupn 🙁
I only see ziploc, no hefty. I am a day late and a dollar short.

The Clerk and Manager at the Target in Goodyear, AZ gave me a hard time today about the 1 per transaction Target coupon. I have never had this be a problem at any other Target store (including that one). We argued about enforcing things by “letter of the law” vs. the “spirit of the law”. She was not having any part of it. I bought what I had and will not go back when her and her “team” (which she said enforce the policy “by the letter”) are working! 🙁
