Target: Free Sharpie Markers!

07/08/2011

Well I just don’t know what could be more exciting than free Sharpies. Something about a variety of pens makes me so happy (I do intend to seek therapy at some point for this) but not before I get my coupons printed!

So starting this Sunday (7/10) Sharpie 2pks of markers are $1.00
Use the $1/1 Target coupon (under stationary)
Final Price: Free, Free, Free!

I believe this is going to just be the black ones pictured here- but hey I just spent $.54 on packs of these last night so free works better for me.

I would get that Target coupon printed now.  I was only able to print one per computer so let us know if you get more!

The school supply deals are already crazy good at Target.  I found Crayons for .20, Glue for .20…  I am all over these deals this year so I can make loaded teacher tote bags for holiday gifts.

(Thanks Student Saving Bucks!)

I just printed two of the from my computer this morning. I wish my other computer hadn’t died :( Then I could get 4. But free is great since these are on my oldest school suply list.

I was able to print 2 copies. Excited Love FREE Sharpies :)

Limit one coupon or offer per transaction. got 4 of them. I really hate to make separate trans. but its worth … :P

Charlene July 8, 2011 at 11:27 AM

Hey JJ- some stores enforce that and some don’t. You probably checked with yours and they are a stinker? I am lucky that I never have that limit imposed.

I just wanted to pass on another super cheap deal at Target I found. I had a $2 off of one Dove Men Care deodorant (exp. 7/31) and then Target had a $2 off of two Dove Men Care deodorant coupon. It’s a good deal as is, but I found that there were special combo packs on clearance on an end cap that have 3 oz. deodorants shrink-wrapped with a trial size deodorant. They were priced at $3.38 (as opposed to the normal product being priced at $4.39 at my store). I ended up paying only $1.38 for each combo pack.

Awesome Amy! The coupon details are here if anyone else wants to grab those coupons:

Another deal I found that worked well also was Hefty One Zip bags. There are select varieties that are on sale this week, then you add on both the Target coupon for $1 off of one (print twice if you can), then also add on the $1 off of 2 Hefty One Zip that was in the Red Plum that I got yesterday (so I think it’s the 7/07 one). The quart and gallon ones that I used my coupons ended up being a little over a $1 a piece making them less than the up & up brand variety.

Yay! Thx for this deal, I too love Sharpies. I was able to print two coupons from my computer.

How did you find next week’s Target ad? I looked all over the site and didn’t see it, and I haven’t gotten it at home yet.

Thanks =)

Charlene July 8, 2011 at 4:11 PM

Jaz there are a few cities that get the ad early. Florida and PA specifically get it early but I am not a lucky one that gets it. Target is seriously tight on leaking ad information early so it is a little tough to get your hands on the info :) I used to have a reader in FL that sent me the ads on Fridays and I think she got too busy to keep it up. I am going to work on getting them sooner again here once I can spare a few minutes.

Thanks so much!

I laughed too loud when I read this… You are singing my song.. Im the same way.. Im an untapped writer.. and collect pens, pencils, paper, & markers like a crazy person.. Im gonna write that book.. someday. ;)

I think this could be an even better deal…Staples has the 5-pack of fine points on sale for $1 this week. You could price match and then use the coupon and get 5 Sharpies for FREE – right? I printed the coupon but haven’t looked at it, but I think it says any Sharpie product.

Charlene July 9, 2011 at 9:53 PM

Emily, a price match is only after the Target coupon has been applied. So in a price match situation it is useless to use a Target coupon. Make sense?

emily July 10, 2011 at 11:56 AM

Ah, yes, you’re right – I was thinking MQ for some reason. Oh well, 2 free Sharpies is still pretty good!

Endcapps July 11, 2011 at 2:13 PM

Coupon worked on Sharpie Precision Ultra fine black 2-pack if you desire more of a fine tip. In regular stationery section. I use these pens to write balances of my gift cards right on the card. Great freebie!
