The photos arent necessarily free (well, at least in my target anyway). You have to buy at least 25 4×6 to get the price to be 20 cents. If you buy less than 25 photos, the price per 4×6 photo will be 25 cents.
So basically, if you are buying 20 4×6, your total will be 20 x 0.25 = $5 -$2 = $3
But if you buy 25 4×6, your total will be 25 x .20 = $5 – $2 = $3 which is the same price. Either way, you’ll still have to pay $3 OOP.
…well, at least that’s how it is at my target.

Zua…I guess the prices are different because that’s not how mine is.

Prices at different Targets can vary greatly even in the same general area. I am in Duarte (Near Pasadena, CA). The prices at the Pasadena Target are approximately 10% higher than Duarte. The Pasadena Target is much busier (not to mention the property prices are a lot more) which is probably why the higher prices.
Zua: If you have more Targets close by, you may want to do some price comparisons to see of another one is worth the trek (especially on larger shopping trips).

I agree with Kris in general. The prices are way different for me at different stores. In this case though you might refer to your ad. I saw the photo prints listed in the ad at $.10 which is why I listed it. It was a long ad on the side of one of the pages.

I have pampers and huggies tubs priced at $2 in my ad. I have a couple $1 off pampers tubs making them only $1 each!
And at my Target in the Chicagoland area they had the 24 roll pack for $13 too – it rang up the same price as the 12 rolls.

Stephanie, I found the same deal. I still have to sort through a lot of notes and get things posted. I am double checking each coupon by hand on some deals so it just takes a little extra time.

There is a coupon in the 6/26 RP for a $5 Target gift card when you buy two products – the charmin is included.
