Starbucks Coupon: Treat Receipts are Back

Starbucks is offering treat receipts once again. This just means you head in and buy your coffee drink from July 18- Sept 5th in the morning and the bottom of your receipt should have a coupon for any Grande Cold Beverage for $2.

The $2 drink is after 2pm only- so basically it is Buy One Get One for $2.00.

Now I don’t recommend hitting Starbucks twice a day normally but I know I am gearing up for a road trip soon and hitting a conference in August so I am sure a 2 Starbucks Day will be in my future.

Don’t lose that receipt as it will serve as your Starbucks coupon when you return later in the day!

(Thanks Bargain Briana)

It is evil. There are far too many drive thru locations.

I’m confused on how it comes out to be a B1G1 deal?

Karen, I don’t see where I said Buy One Get One Free? Can you tell me where you saw that? I see this:

“The $2 drink is after 2pm only- so basically it is Buy One Get One for $2.00.”

Which means you buy one at full price and get a second one for $2.00.

haha its evil!!! Okay so this is what I like to do when they have this deal: I like their Iced drinks so I go drive thru in the morning and get my regular Grande Iced white mocha (no whip-haha gotta save calories somewhere!) Then I drive back and get my $2.00 drink. I use a lil stainer to take out the ice and put the cup in my fridge. The next morning I put some more ice in it and its ready for me to enjoy! (and its not watered down from the ice) So if you do that you get 2 drinks for 2 days ๐Ÿ™‚

Andrea, my problem is keeping myself from sucking it down on the way home! Great idea, though.

If you take a Starbucks coffee bag in to the store, it is good for one tall brewed coffee (should note this on the side of the bag). I got my free brewed coffee today, and even though it was free she still had to run it through the computer and a treat receipt printed! Sweet! I got a hot coffee this morn and a cool coffee in the heat of the afternoon!

Oh Andrea, you are brilliant! I think I might have to try this technique! :)~

Andrea that’s a really good idea! You should see if they’ll make you the drink without ice so you don’t even have to go through the straining process yourself. And you might even get more “drink” out of it since there won’t be ice taking up space. One thing I noticed about Starbucks is how much less drink you get with all of their iced products. At my regular Starbucks, I asked them to make me a drink without ice and I too saved it for the next day. It was delicious and not watered down and I felt like I got a lot more for my money!

As a prior Starbucks partner, I can vouch you can ask for no ice! ๐Ÿ™‚
