I did a quick run to Target and here the score:
2 pairs of kids jeans $4.00 each- used $2/1 Target coupon= $2 each
2 Nuby Sippy Cups $1.38 each on clearance
Sharpies $1- used $1 Target coupon= Free
2 Neutrogena lip balm $2.99- used $1 manufacturer coupon and $1 Target coupon= $.99
1 Neutrogena Sunscreen $7.94- used $2 coupon= $5.94- got $5 gift card back = $2.94 for all 3 items after gift card
2 Lipton Recipe Secrets $1.24- used (2) $1 coupons= $.24
Total toward my grocery budget was $3.42- I included the sunscreen and Lipton.
Ohh !I tried to buy the sunscreen and lip balms together but i didnt get the gift card . My cashier said it has to be the exact same items, boo!!
I gotta go get ink!! I’m missing out on so many deals!! I love getting those jeans for my son for next season, got them last time this deal was out and they worked great.
Is the neutrogena natural lip balm coupon still on target coupons? I could only find a ‘neutrogena cosmetics item’ coupon.
I got the sprouts coupons too , i think I might try to copy some of your transactions. Have you tried their chicken tenders before ? I have never tried their meat before .
Annie, I don’t eat chicken myself but I don’t mind their meat. It is fresh so slightly better than the frozen bags I used to buy at Safeway. You just need to use it or freeze it within a few days. We had a package in the fridge for 3 days once and it had to be tossed because it smelled.
Ok, so i went looking for cheap kids jeans and did not find any on clearance. Better luck next time. I did hower got the sharpies and the pens for $.02 and pretty much most of kids’ school supplie.
Maria, Did you look all over? I checked the clearance racks and it was a bust but then I found a normal display and they were $4. I still have more coupons that I am holding onto because there are bound to be more sales.
