Comment: Joanna v says I get coupons through Safeway online and get personialized coupons to. Can I still use coupons on the already sale items? Thank for your website I’ve learned alot so far. thank you  (Joanna you can always use coupons on sale or clearance items- in fact that is the best time to use them!  If you have a personal price from Safeway yes you can still use coupons.  For the other online coupons you can load to your card, you can stack a manufacturer coupon only if the one you saved is a Safeway store coupon. )
