You can once again get a free $5 credit to Amazon Video on Demand. You will need to follow them on Twitter and send a Tweet out to get the credit.
You need to head over to Amazon and click the yellow button. That will prompt you to log into Twitter.
This is the message I got before I logged in:
This application will be able to:
Read Tweets from your timeline.
See who you follow, and follow new people.
Update your profile.
Post Tweets for you.
Which makes me uncomfortable so I decided to pass on this promotion. I did want to pass this along though in case any of you want to take advantage of the offer.
I love Amazon Video on Demand because you can rent movies or tv shows and stream them through your gaming device or watch on your laptop. I watch movies on my laptop all the time when I am cooking or folding laundry.

Yeah that makes me really uncomfortable too when I see that for promotions and contests so I just pass on them. I dont like the thought of them being able to update my profile and posts tweets on “my behalf”

The first time this deal rolled around I passed on it b/c the terms made me uncomfortable. But this time around I went for it. It says you can revoke their access by going to the Apps tab of the settings page. Now I just have to figure out how to do that step! The only Tweet they’ve sent so far is just one saying that I got the credit.
