Hi Charlene, do the prices for the items below go lower:
1. Staedtler 10-geometry set for $2
2. 64-piece Crayola crayons for $3
Thank You!!

Charlene July 31, 2011 at 8:51 AM

Anu-

You know I really have no idea. The 24 pks or crayons are $.25 usually so $3 seems a little steep to me but then again I don’t usually watch that size.

My ad has Zebra pens free with rebate, not the mechanical pencils. What zip code did you find the pencils? I would much rather have those.

Charlene August 2, 2011 at 12:39 PM

Julianne- like the post says there are significant regional differences in these ads. If you don’t see the sale listed in your ad, the offer is not available in your area. I would just keep checking each week as they seem to be rotating the sales around.

Julianne August 2, 2011 at 1:15 PM

I only ask because we are in the same region :)
If it made a difference shopping the Citrus Heights store vs. Roseville, for instance, I would shop where I could get the preferred item.

Julianne, this list was composed by another blogger hence the thank you for this list at the bottom. They used their own ad to generate the deals. I post lots of deals on the blog and actually local readers are just a very tiny, tiny percent of my readership so don’t assume every deal and every coupon is specific to Sacramento.

If you would like to see the office supply deals from the Sacramento ads specifically, you can check here:

I wish all the ads were identical nationwide but they are totally different from city to city so I would still double check the ad of any store you care to shop at just in case.

Not trying to be a pain, but… this thread does not have a credit to another blogger- it says it is from your store. Maybe because I commented to another post on back to school deals, it is adding to the confusion.

Charlene August 2, 2011 at 2:31 PM

Yes Julianne, I see the comments as they come through not by post so I must have been confused with the other comment you made. I am very sorry you didn’t get the deal you are interested in. Clearly I must have made a mistake somewhere. I don’t know what else to do for you other than suggest you just double check your local ad before you shop. You can see the ads online and just type in whatever zip code and select the store.

Julianne August 2, 2011 at 7:45 PM

Please don’t take my comments as criticism- they are anything but that. I just wanted to clarify the details. I had errands all over the place today, and I would have gone to a store location in a different city in my area if it had the best deals. I absolutely am amazed at all the work that you do and forward your blog to all my friends.
