Vocalpoint/Craftsman Gift Card Update

Ok I know only a few of you got in on this offer because it went really fast.  BUT if you happened to get that $10 Craftsman gift card from Vocalpoint a few weeks ago, dig it out of the drawer!

It appears the gift card is actually working on regular orders from Land’s End PLUS there is a free shipping code available right now to make this a fantastic deal!  Now I happened to have that gift card and I found this mini-kids beach towel priced at $9.50.  My grand total with tax and everything was $10.29- I used the gift card and paid $.29!

I think you might be able to use this card on Kmart or Sears merchandise too but the free shipping makes Land’s End a great deal.

To get this offer:

  • You might want to start with Ebates so you get 3% cash back. (Or skip it and go directly to Landsend.com)
  • Select your item and enter code: GETREADY and pin: 1106 at checkout. That gets you free shipping.
  • Then enter your gift card code and pin and that should take $10 off the total.

You will want to enter that free ship code first and then enter the gift card code.

**NOTE: the gift card says “Craftsman C3 tool” on the front and then on the back it says it is good for Sears, Kmart, Land’s End etc…  So I am really hopeful all the orders go through and there are no problems.  Keep in mind you are always taking a chance that orders will be cancelled though and you lose out on your gift card.  When I read the fine print on the back of the card, it sounds like you can use it in Kmart stores.  I have no idea if that is the case and I already used mine, but if anyone decides to try it let us know how it works!

If you haven’t registered for Vocalpoint you might want to do it now!  They have great samples and freebies and coupons!

(Thanks Coupon Problog)

I gave that card to my brother in law on the day I got it and he used it to buy tools from sears!

I used mine last week on a Father’s Day gift for hubby. I got him a pair of pliers and a small items (like nails) organizer from Sears. I got free shipping as well because I picked up in store. I actually got an email saying I could pick up my order within 15 mins of placing it. Both things I bought were Craftsman though … so I can’t speak to ordering anything else.

Nattacha, did you enter the number correctly? You need to scratch off the pin and enter that in. My code was listed as acct# on the back of the card.

The website kept giving me a “We’re temporarily not taking gift cards…” error message, but I refreshed the page a few times and kept trying and it did finally go through. Thanks Charlene, so much more fun than a new tool!

Thank you. I ordered an adult size beach towel for $15 and paid $6.05. ($1.05 tax) Both the $10 gift certificate and your code for free shipping worked. Looks like a nice towel.

Thank you, Charlene! What a great deal! I got a shirt ($6.99) and a hand towel ($5.50), so with taxes, I spent $3.12 after using the gift card.

What a great way to start my day–finding out I can use this on something for ME (hubby didn’t find a use for it afterall).

    06/22/2011 at 4:36 AM

Yes I used the account number and scratched for the 8 digit pin, and I tried it several times, but I tried it on kmart website and it worked but shipping is almost as expensive as the gift card so I doubt I buy anything from kmart! I will try again today to see if it works!

I used mine last week to get my husband a Craftsman magnetic tool that has a light on the end of it and it extends incase you drop a bolt or part when working under the hood. It was $9.99, so I only had to pay tax and I chose to pick it up in the store! 🙂

    Charlene,
I received my order today and saw on the invoice that they charged me for the full amount of the cardigan. My order confirmation email said the total charged to my credit card was $0.94 but they charged $10.94. Did that happen to you too?

    06/30/2011 at 11:19 PM

    Charlene,
Never mind – I just checked my credit card statement online and it was correctly charged. Sorry for the bother and thanks for the heads-up on another great deal.
