I wanted to mention this Canvas People deal one more time because a few people mentioned it on Facebook today.
You can get either a free 8×10 photo canvas or a $50 credit toward a larger canvas. You will have to pay shipping which is about $15. I made a larger canvas for my office but I think the 8×10 size would be perfect for smaller spaces or if you make a few of them they can be stacked up a staircase or over a mantle etc..
You can head on over to Canvas People and upload any pictures you like- landscape photos, the family pets, vacation pictures, even the kid’s artwork and have it made into a canvas.

So I ordered this the first time I saw it a couple of weeks ago. I just received it yesterday. Now I don’t know if it’s because it was free but this was so incredibly poorly put together. It’s literally wrapped around and stapled, in dome places the canvas overlaps each other. I’m not even sure it’s going to lay flat against the wall. Super bummed I paid the $14.99 in shipping. I know they were really backed up because of the amount of business they got because of this promo (that’s why it took 2 weeks) and the quality definitely reflects their busyness. Oh well lesson learned.
Oh that is shame Gurty. I have had nothing but positive comments about this so far so it is a shame yours turned out poorly.
I just received my 18×24 & love it. I think its great quality and the picture turned out great. I would order from them again. Thank you for posting this. I never would have ordered one before the 50.00 off!
I was so excited about this deal I ordered 2 different sizes, the first one came 10 days after I ordered them, the second one has yet to arrive. I agree with Gurty, it is of poor quality. Mine is 11×16 if I’m not mistaken so I paid around $35 plus shipping for that. The second one is half off and the biggest size they have. I hope this is a better quality that the first one. By the way Costco sells canvases too, I was so sad when I found out cause it would have been cheaper for me…. Thanks Charlene for all the deals that you post! Big help!
I ordered the largest size for a picture of The Grand Canyon that my husband took. It turned out wonderfully. We all love it and are amazed at how it turned out. I believe they did do a touch up on it so that the color wouldn’t all blend together, rather to have them different shades so there is contrast in the photo. I would order from them again. I’ve even suggested to friends and family what a good deal it is if they purchase. Thank you for your hard work posting amazing deals for us. It’s even better that you are local to the Sacramento area as I am too.
I have been wanting to get some of my photos put on canvas but haven’t found many reviews about which company to use, maybe I will try these out. Thanks for the info, I think it’s the motivation I need to finally get some of my prints up.
