Kmart is doubling coupons once again in many stores nationwide through June 25th.
You can find a list of stores included in the Kmart doubles promotion here.
Typically there is not a lot of organization for these events, so you can contact Kmart Corporate offices if you have any difficulty in your store.
You will need to have a Shop Your Way Rewards card to participate.
The doubles are supposed to be unlimited up to $.99. You can check the My Frugal Adventures coupon database for any coupons you might need!
In the past they have limited like coupons to 4 per transaction. I am not sure if that will be the case this time around but you might keep that in mind.
The way it will work is any coupon doubles up to .99. So a $.50 coupon would be worth $.99. A $.30 coupon would be worth $.60 and so on. You will not receive overage, the coupon will double only up to the value of the item. (for example if you have a $.89 item and a $.50 coupon, the item is free but there is no overage.)
If you have a $1 coupon, the value of the coupon is just $1.
(Thanks Money Saving Mom)
NOTE: I don’t want to sound negative and hopefully everyone has a great experience. These doubles events tend to really be a big headache. Many of you will have stores that are unaware of the event, refuse to honor it and so on. Again, my recommendation is to please contact corporate immediately and ask them to assist you. Another note is that Kmart tends to have very high prices on items so even with doubles, the deals can be hard to find. And one last note is that they also tend to have very low inventory levels. I will post some deals for you later today but I would try to shop early if you can….

I kind of feel silly, but I just discovered your coupon database. Is this new? How how have I missed it? It is great! Thanks!

Amanda it is about a year old. I think people just don’t look on the sidebars 🙂

What bothers me about this is no advertising from Kmart at all..Is this normal? I’ve check the website again this AM..nothing. I’m sure my store will have no clue.
Charlene says
Yes, this is the status quo for them cbaggy. Happens every single time they do this.

Does this mean they will NOT double a $0.75 coupon up to $1.50? I thought it meant they would double up to a $0.99 coupon so you’d get $1.98 off (though I’ve never seen a coupon for $0.99!) so I assumed $0.75 would be the highest amount they’d double. Am I wrong on this?
Michelle says
Does this mean they will NOT double a 75c coupon? I took it to mean they will double up to a 99c coupon (thought I’ve never seen one for that amount!), but thought if I had a 75c one, it would double to $1.50. Is this incorrect?
Charlene says
No Michelle, it means if he face value of the coupon is .99 or less it will double.
Michelle says
Great, thank you!
Charlene says
Michelle they will double up to .99. That does not refer to the value of the double. That refers to the face value of the coupon. If you have a coupon that has a face value of .99 or less (that could be .75, .85,.99-whatever) it will double or it will double to the value of the item. A .75 coupon will double up to $1.50.
