It looks like the great deal from yesterday is still available! And they have sold over 700,000 of these things which is just nuts.
There is a great offer from Living Social today. You can get 2 movie tickets to any theater nationwide that is serviced by Fandango. This offer excludes IMAX or 3D movies.
This is valid for any movie ticket up to $15. So this is at least 50% off a movie ticket which is a fantastic deal! You will get a code to redeem at Fandango and you can use that to purchase your tickets.
You will need to use both tickets at one time for the same movie.
Head over to Living Social to buy your tickets.
If you have not registered with Living Social, this is a great company that offers deals just like Groupon. You can register for a new account here. Remember to go back to your account and check for your voucher. Usually these are available within about 24 hours.

Thanks! I had a $5 credit so I got 2 tickets for $4! My son and I are going to go see Cars 2 this summer. Thanks again!
@melissa: i had a $5 credit and didn’t even know it till i checked out! going to save the tickets for Cars2!!
you can score free popcorn from Yahoo if you go to:
popcorn.yahoo.net
on your mobile phone. you just need to check in, like yahoo movies and they give you a coupon for a free popcorn. it’s only good for certain movie theaters.
Has anyone else tried using this? I got the 2/$9 tickets back when they were on sale for Little Fockers. I ordered 2 adult matinee tickets @ 7.50 each plus 2.50 for Fandago’s fee. When I entered the code from LS for the tickets it only subtracted $9 from the total & wanted me to pay the difference. What am I doing wrong?
Yes, I just tried. The same thing happened to me. I now have a disappointed daughter. 🙁 The reason that $9.00 is the amount being deducted is because the code expired on June 6th. I am guessing that many customers’ codes expired because Fandango is instead giving people a $9.00 (the amount originally paid to Living Social) credit instead of two free tickets as the original purchase was suppose to be. I was told I would need to contact Living Social. Was also told that an email was sent by Living Social to let me know that the code was set to expire on June 6th.
Oh gosh… what a mess. They sold almost a million vouchers so I am sure they will fix it for you. Too bad about the disappointed little lady though 🙁
