CVS: $.40 Powerade and $.79 Coke 2L

I didn’t want to mention this until I had a chance to check it firsthand.

While I was in CVS today I noticed at the Powerade is still on sale for $1 each with a $2 ECB when you buy 5.  The tags at my store said this was running through 6/18 but I saw signs elsewhere that said it was running through 7/2.

I did not see this in the weekly ad, so I think it is just a month long deal.

I did this transaction awhile back but when I was looking at my receipt today it makes no mention of the offer.  So if you already did this one I am not sure if you can do it again.  I am going to try because it is hot as heck here and this is a great price.

Here is the deal:

Buy 5 Powerade at $1.00 each
Use $1/5 printable Powerade coupon
and get $2 ECB back
Final Price: $2.00 for 5 or $.40 each

If you don’t want to chance it this week, just head in next week (6/19) where it is listed in the ad.

Also, a few of you mentioned seeing Coke 2L priced at $.79 in your CVS stores today.  I don’t remember seeing this in my ad but there was a huge sign right out front when I stopped by today.

If you are a Coke drinker that is a great price for a 2L.  You might call your store and see if they are offering this sale right now!

See the CVS coupon deals for the week here.

Not sure if there is a Shaw’s in your area, but some folks might be interested to know starting on Friday they will be 2/$1 so if you buy 5 and then use the coupon its only $1.50 oop!!

Oh please, please, please someone tell me that Dr. Pepper is included in this Coke deal. I quit Diet Coke cold turkey over 10yrs ago and when I was preggo with our son 2yrs ago I got this bizarre craving for a DP so now I’m a DDP addict!

Yay Char! You are my deal savior. Lol. I just found out I’m pregnant and needed to stock up on caffeine free beverages. I got two 2 liters of diet coke caffiene free, 5 powerades and a 12 pk of diet pepsi caffiene free (for .99 YAY! and I never saw the email but it may have been deleted unintentionally). So thank you! Don’t worry I drink lots of water, but I like to drink a diet soda with dinner. And I’m giving up coffee so a girl has to have something indulgent!

Janey, there were a lot of different sodas included as I recall… I can’t remember if Diet Dr Pepper was one of them. Is Dr. Pepper a coke product? If it is then I would think it would be included… You could also just call your store and ask.
