I just love Zumba and today Amazon has a nice deal on a fitness package with 4 DVDs of fitness routines and a set of sculpting weights to go with it. The regular price on this set is $69 but Amazon has it on sale today for $49.
I just did a special 90 minute Zumba class last night and today I can barely move! If you haven’t tried Zumba yet it is a fitness program that is really fun and also gives you an amazing workout. It is a high energy dance workout that combines hip hop and latin dance.
I go to classes 4-5 a week and it is one of the highlights of my week. Usually my classes are about 45-55 minutes and you can burn around 600 calories in one class. This type of workout might not be for everyone so you can see what it is like by watching the video on Amazon or you can see tons of Zumba routines on You Tube as well.
