Shutterfly has a nice promotion available right now. You can get 50 free 4×6 prints when you register for a new account. Plus they are also offering 5 free greeting cards right now to new or existing customers.
You will have to pay shipping which is usually pretty reasonable- the last time it was $.99 for a greeting card. I did test this as a new account with the 50 prints and the 5 cards and the grand total was $8.98 for everything- which is a good deal.
If you register for a new Shutterfly account, the free 4×6 prints should automatically be applied to your account and they will come off at checkout.
