You can get this for less than $11 at Target or Lowe’s- I am guessing Walmart probably has pretty good prices too.
I checked Amazon and they have it available for $8.22 + $5.36 shipping– so a net of $3.58 after rebate!

I have the same problem as Paula. Went to print my rebate (purchased my product last week) and the form is no longer available. Does anyone have it in pdf form?

No, I didn’t find a PDF but I did contact the company. They were confused why it was gone as the rebate had not expired and gave me further instrucions. I would give you the number but I’m using my cell right now. Let me know if you don’t find it.
I called the Scott Company at 1-888-270-3714. They are confused why the rebate form isn’t available online. It should be good through June 30. They had nothing that they could send me. Did anyone find the form in PDF to share? My purchased the product with the intent of using the rebate.
