Old Navy has released another coupon. This one is for 15% off any clothing through 5/23.
The Facebook page says this is for toddler & baby clothing but the coupon itself does not show any restrictions that I can see so you might be able to use it on adult items as well.
Old Navy did release a coupon for 50% off one item yesterday but that coupon is only on regular priced merchandise. It looks like this 15% off one can be used on sale items but not on clearance.
The $1 flip flop sale is this weekend or next so you can possibly get a pair of flip flops for .85 after coupon! (It says can not be combined with other offers so some stores may refuse the coupon on One Day Wonders.)
I figure any Old Navy coupon is a good coupon and might as well bring it if you plan to shop anyway.

i used the 50% off coupon today (friday) to buy leggings for my daughter. they were not on sale. tag said $8.50. cashier said coupon was not working. but then cashier adjusted price to $8.49 and then the 50% off coupon worked. good deal.
