I got so excited when I went into Target today. I spotted this big display of Honest Kids juice pouches on sale for $1.98! They had several flavors and of course I went to double check the prices since this is about 50% off the normal price. It turns out the entire display was wrong and Honest Kids are actually $4.19 (regular price). But I did more digging and figured out it is just the Apple Juice flavor pouches on sale!
Looks like they might be discontinuing that specific flavor. Now clearance can vary from store to store but $1.98 is an excellent price for this product if you can find it. Usually Target marks grocery items down on Wednesdays so I am going to check back in and see if the prices get any lower.
In the meantime, I grabbed the DPCI number for this product: 203160124– so this is a clearance price (meaning you may not find it at your store). I would very strongly recommend calling your local store and give them this number and they can tell you inventory and current pricing.
I called two other stores in my area to check and one had 60 boxes on hand at $1.98 and the other did not have any available.
One thing I noticed is that these are only 8 pouches vs. Capri Sun which have 10 pouches. So this works out to .25 per juice.
Also, I noticed 100% Fruit Capri Suns are on sale for $2.50. That seemed like a good price to me for the 100% fruit, I usually see them for $3.50 or so.
