My mom is excited about this deal. We’ll have to see how it plays out. I haven’t couponed much at Target so I don’t know how the react to the two Target coupons. We shall see.
I did this deal today with no problems. I was excited just to get it for $1.99 each. I didn’t realize that there was the gift card deal until I got there. A good surprise 🙂

I went to Target and they have the hair color for 11.99 but no sign as to a $5 gift card. I scanned the box and once again, no mention of a gift card, just that it was 11.99. Is there supposed to be a sign indicating that there is a gift card deal?
Kathy, the signs were up in my store and it was advertised in the insert I mentioned. Even the worst case scenario is not too bad though right? If the gift card doesn’t work, you will pay $1.99 per box after coupons. That seems like a good price to me.
I did this deal this morning without a problem. A couple of notes……there were none of these on the “hair dye aisle”. They were only on an endcap, so just a heads up for those out there that are having trouble finding them. Also, the signs were all over them saying the price and the gift card deal, but when I scanned it, it didn’t say anything about the gift card deal. When I checked out, there was no problem at all. I got 3 aquafresh toothbrushes and 2 boxes of hair color for $5.30 oop and got back a $5 gift card!!
