Sprouts Farmers Market Deals 4/27-5/4

04/26/2011

Share

My local store in Roseville has just opened, so these deals are probably different from the rest of the stores- at least for a few more weeks.  Note that Sprouts and Henry’s Markets have recently merged so I am hoping we see similar ads from both stores very soon.

Here are some highlights from the ad this week.  One nice thing is that the ad runs one extra day- so every Wednesday at Sprouts there is an overlapping ad!  You can shop for 2 weeks of deals in one day.  What a great idea!

Here are the weekly coupon matchups for April 24-May 4.  You can see the coupon deals from Sprouts last week here.

Produce:

Whole Seedless Watermelon $.25/lb
Large Red Mangoes $.49 each
White Corn $.25 each
Navel Oranges .49/lb
1lb bag Baby Carrots $.88 each
Cucumbers .49/each
Strawberries or Blackberries (6-16oz) $1.99/each
*If these are Driscoll berries, grab the $.50/1 coupon.

Organic:

Organic Bananas .88/lb
Organic Pink lady Apples $.88/lb
Sprouts Organic Eggs $3.29
Food for Life Organic Ezekial Breads $2.50
Organic Oranges $.88/lb
Organic Mangoes .88 each
Organic Lemonade $1.99
Annie’s Products 20% off

Other Deals:

La Tortilla White or Yellow Corn Tortillas $1.50
House Foods Tofu $.79

Coupon Matchups:

Alexia Family Size Fries $2.00
Use $1/1 printable
Final Price: $1.00 (stock up price for sure!)

Two notes about Sprouts market:

1. Be sure to sign up for the mailing list emails- I did and just got a coupon for a free Honest tea.
2. Reader Anu says you can often find Mambo Sprouts coupon booklets near the front of the stores. These have great coupons and Anu says they are usually available at the first of the month and they are gone pretty quickly.

Baskin Robbins $.31 Scoop Night

04/26/2011

Share

The annual Baskin Robbins .31 scoop night is back tomorrow night (4/27) from 5-10pm.

There is a limit of 3 scoops per person and each scoop is just .31!  This is a fundraiser to benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.  So although you can technically score ice cream for .31 a scoop, the idea is that you will also donate to the charity.

So you can have a fun night out with the kiddos and support a great cause all at once.

You can find a Baskin Robbins location near you here.

If you hurry over to Ore Ida and like them on Facebook, you can watch a short video and score a coupon for a free bag of Ore Ida Sweet Potato fries.  yeah!

This went through perfectly for me in less than 2 minutes- just watch it and then click the free bag logo on the bottom right.

I’d hurry before everyone else finds out and the site crashes ;)

(Thanks One Momma Saving Money)

Free Sample Folgers Coffee

04/26/2011

Share

There is a free sample of Folgers available today on Facebook.  I already liked them but I had to allow access to all my personal stuff to get to the sample.

You can click here to request the free sample or if that doesn’t work- head over here to Folgers on Facebook and look for “More” and then “Free Sample” on the left hand side.

Now I do believe Folgers might have been flirting with me because they told me I was far too young to request this sample.  Or it could also be because I didn’t enter my birthday in.  Once I did enter my birthday Folgers decided I could have the sample.

I mentioned the $2 off coupon for Wisk Laundry Soap yesterday and wanted to mention there is also a catalina offer available at select stores right now!

Buy any Wisk Soap 50oz+ and get a $2 catalina back (through 5/10)

This is available at the following stores:

Available at: Acme, Baker‘s, Cala/Bell Market, City Market, Coborn’s, Cub Foods, Dierbergs, Dillon Food Stores, Farm Fresh, Food Lion, Fred Meyer, Fry’s Foods Stores, Hornbachers, Jewel, King Soopers, Kroger, QFC, Ralphs, Redners, Sentry, Shaw’s, Shop ’n Save, Shoppers Food, Smiths, Supervalu

And it could be running at more stores-I heard about two great deals so far:

Albertson’s 50oz Soap $5.99
Use $2/1 printable coupon
and Get a $2 catalina back
Final Price: $1.99!
*Some stores may have this priced even lower
(Thanks Coupon ConnectionsNW)

Cub Foods 50oz Soap $4.99
Use $2/1 printable coupon
and get a $2 catalina back
Final Price: $.99!
(Thanks Colleen!)

Wisk is normally fairly expensive so these are really great prices!

I am not sure if this is running at Safeway.  If I can pick my head up from doing all the Tuesday grocery store matchups I will try to check it out.

Rite Aid has an unadvertised deal running right now- that seems to be shaping up to be a great deal.

There is a “Weekend Warrior” promotion in the May 15th sales circular for $10 +Up when you spend $25 on Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, Precise or BenGay.

While this is not advertised until 5/15- it appears this promotion is actually running in stores from 4/24-6/25.   I believe there is a limit of 2 +Up Rewards.

So there are a few ways to go about this but remember if you have 10% off or 20% off with Wellness card, you need to account for the $25 AFTER your Wellness discount is applied.

These are the items included in the sale:

Thermacare patches – 2-3 ct
Motrin PM 20 Ct
Aleve 80 ct
Aleve pm40 ct
Advil 80-100 ct (the 100 ct might not be tracking properly)
Excederin 24 CT
Precise patch
Precise cream
Ben Gay 2 oz
Ben Gay patch 4 oz

So here are a few ideas for you.  Remember to adjust the prices accordingly if you have the Wellness card discount.

{THIS WEEK:}

Thermacare patches are $6.99 and there is a $4 +Up when you buy 2 (limit 4)
Use $3/1 printable coupon
Final Price: $1.99 each

Now if you have access to more than one computer you can try this:

Buy 4 Thermacare at $6.99= $27.96
Use (4) Thermacare $3 off coupons= $15.96
Get (2) $4 +Up Rewards
and Get $10 +Up for spending $25
Final Price: $2 moneymaker

If you don’t have that many computers, it is still a nice deal like this:

Buy 4 Thermacare at $6.99= $27.96
Use (2) $3/1 coupons
and Use $3/2 Select Advil or ThermaCare Items, exp. 5-31-11 (RP 03/27/11)
Get (2) $4 +Up Rewards
and Get $10 +Up on $25 purchase
Final Price: $.96 total for all 4

Another idea:

Buy 2 Thermacare at $6.99
Buy 2 Tylenol Precise $7.99
Use (2) $3/1 Thermacare coupons
and use (2) $5/1 Precise coupons
Final price: $13.96 and get back $10 +Up for spending $25 and $4 +Up for Thermacare (so Free!)

*One note on the Thermacare coupons- I was only able to print one coupon.  I believe this is because I printed one previously.  Some people have found $2 peelies on the boxes of Thermacare.  So there is a chance you will get lucky in store and find great coupons!

If you have any trouble with that Thermacare you can try this:

{WEEK OF MAY 8:}

Buy 5 Precise at $5.00 each
Use (5) $5/1 coupons (either the printables or use the $5 coupons scheduled to be in the 5/8 paper)
Pay: Nothing but tax and get a $10 +Up back!

You can use the $3/15 coupons from your receipts to get a better deal. I’d love to hear what ideas you came up with for this promotion!

See the Rite Aid coupon deals for the week here.

You can get 6 more Swagbucks today before 2pm PST.

To get your bucks you need to enter the code- I can’t tell you the code I can only give hints.

1. Head over here and skim down until you see a code- choose one or the other- it doesn’t matter which one.

2. Once you spot it just copy and paste very carefully (no extra spaces in front or back).

3. Paste it into the Gimme box on the Swagbucks homepage on the right side (where your current bucks are listed).

And that should be it!  If yous have any extra spaces the code will be rejected.

Taste of Home $5 Cookbooks Sale

04/26/2011

Share

Taste of Home is offering a bunch of cookbooks for $5.00 right now.  These are all hardover books but some of them are a little older (like the slowcooker cookbook from 2010).  This still seems like a fantastic deal to me- I have had great luck with recipes from Taste of Home magazine.

You can try two codes for a better deal on shipping:

Use promo code: 2046P at checkout your shipping is just $1.

OR try code: 401 for free shipping on a $20 order.

Head over to Taste of Home to have a look.  I am pretty tempted by this Market Fresh cookbook.  I have been looking for something like this to get the girls more involved in planning meals every week.  I think this would be a perfect one for those of you that like to take the littles to Farmer’s Markets or are starting gardens this year.
