There is a new coupon for $1.50/2 NYC cosmetic products available (zip 60625). This is a fantastic coupon because the regular nail polish is priced at $.99 at many stores, including CVS and Target. I have a feeling Walmart probably has a similar price.
The coupon says “available at Walmart” but it is a manufacturer coupon so you should be able to use it anywhere you like. These little polishes would be a cute addition to an Easter basket- my girls have several of these polishes- in fact I just bought a glitter one at CVS for .99 that the girls are crazy for.

I got 2 NYC lipsticks free at Rite Aid a few weeks ago and they are actually quite decent for being so inexpensive! I really like the Sugarplum one I got.
My local Target won’t take coupons that say ‘redemable at walmart’ because they consider it a competitor coupon.
