Now before you get too excited the coupon is coded to attach to both items. That means it will probably beep if you use it in conjunction with other coupons and some cashiers will refuse the coupon. It might be best to give this coupon last.
Target also has an unadvertised promotion running- buy a Neutrogena item and get a lip balm free. You will want to check for tags in your store- the Naturals items were not marked at my store but if you find them at yours- here is another idea:
