I can NOT believe that you’ve never made meatloaf! Seriously?! It’s such an easy dinner. You’re going to have to do it now, now that we all know. BTW, you don’t have to sign up for the newsletter in order to get the Easter book – you can just close that pop-up and download without providing your email address.
My meatloaf recipe uses very finely chopped veggies… carrots, cauliflower, onion, broccoli, and celery. A good way to sneak veggies in the kids (and hubby!). ๐
