Earth Day 2011 Freebies: Free Full Size Cleanser at Origins

I was so excited about this deal last year and it is back again this year!  Origins is giving out free full size cleansers- either Checks and Balances or A Perfect World for free on Earth Day, April 22nd.  These are valued at about $18 each.

You need to fill out the form here and take this along with any cleanser that you currently have.  You can take an empty bottle or a full bottle and trade it in.  If you don’t have any on hand for some reason, you can get Regenerist at Target for .99 right now.

This is while supplies last only.

I did this last year and had no problems at all.  You can see the product I received last year and check the comments for feedback from other readers as well.  Keep in mind coupons are the new black these days so there will likely be lots more people going in for these offers.  It is while supplies last so you can always call ahead and confirm they have product before you head out.

Thanks Nadia!

Our mall doesn’t have this nor the Disney store. I might have to head to Arden Fair on Friday. Don’t the coupons come out in the paper that day too down there?

Stacie- the coupons are in the Placer County papers on Thursday. It is the prior week’s SS and the following week’s RP. You can still get the papers on Friday but you would need to be in Placer County.

Ah ok. Thanks. Maybe $50 in gas isn’t really worth a cleanser and tote bag? hmmm. It is so fun to go to the city though.

Anyone know if the Disney store is open in Galleria yet?? Might be easier to just go to Arden Fair so I don’t have to go to two malls in one day, eh?

I was at the Galleria last week, and Disney was still closed!

Can I take this to Dillards and get my cleanser? It’s the only store that has Origins.

Do you think it’s okay if I have an empty Deluxe sized Clinique cleanser (it was a GWP from a while back)?

Kristen I have no idea. I would call them and ask if they are participating.

Erin it depends on your store. Some will probably be strict and some will probably not care. My guess it that would be fine as long as it isn’t a tiny sample size. You can call and ask just to be sure.

it doesn’t have to be specifically a cleanser right? can i bring in an empty bottle of lotion?

Vivian, exchange a cleanser for a cleanser.

Do you think a box for an Aveeno bar soap (facial) would work? Hmmm.

Vivian, The form says to bring in an empty “skin care” item. Lotion is skin care to me! It was so easy last year. I’m so excited that they’re doing it again. The checks and balances is actually what I use!

Hurray – I did this last year and did it again this morning. I got the second last bottle even though my store had just opened! It seems a lot more people knew about it this year or they just didn’t have as many cleansers to give out.
