Did anyone else watch Undercover Boss on Sunday night? This is a little amusing to me because one of the employees featured was saying how she wanted to add value to customer’s experiences without always using coupons to lure people in. I thought she had a valid point but I guess Baja didn’t agree because you can score a coupon for a $2.00 Baja Bowl through 4/24.

May I argue that Baja Fresh is not fast food? And oh so delicious! I usually get a $5 off a $15 purchase coupon in the mail or email and I can feed my family of 4 for $14. 🙂 And SOOO YUMMY! i want some right now!
Ha! I thought that was amusing too and even more ironic is that the nearest Baja Fresh to me is the one in Boise at which the employee works! I did find her level of customer service exceptional and intend to patronize her store the next time I visit Boise, with or without coupon.
I was so impressed with this company after seeing the show Sunday night! Too bad there aren’t any of these near me!
