Yes it looks like it must have a value of $2.99 or more. When I open the link, the coupon description says that. I haven’t printed it. Maybe they changed it?

This is precisely what my coupon says. I did print it.
“Save $1.50 on any Scrubbing Bubbles product. Consumer: Limit one coupon per purchase. Cannot be combined with any other coupon. Good only in the USA on purchase of brand/size indicated. Any other offer constitutes fraud.” And then the redemption instructions follow. The actual coupon does not say anything about $2.99 anywhere.
I just went to Walgreen’s again and it has the can of Scrubbing Bubbles cleaner on sale for $2.49. You can use the 50 cent coupon in the Walgreen’s coupon book, plus the $1.50 coupon, and get it for 49 cents.
