Your meals always seem so fresh and yummy. Can I come over for dinner??? ๐Ÿ™‚ I got that Philly cooking cream. I think I’ll make those chicken enchiladas. Sounds great!

Katie I have to say the Santa Fe cream was a little spicy for my girls so maybe use something to knock it down a bit. This one I am trying uses regular cream cheese- the recipe from the Philly site was a little dry.

Oh yes you can come over but be sure to bring dessert.

I’ll tell you, I make a mean cheesecake! ๐Ÿ™‚ I actually have the regular kind of cooking cream…I don’t do well with spicy stuff. Thanks for the heads up, though. I was considering buying it!

Oh Cathy that sounds awful :p I am making pesto and tomato and goat cheese for me. My hubs an the girls get box Mac and cheese and I sneak butternut squash in when they aren’t looking. Then I sprinkle tomatoes in a smiley face on top. Things are very fancy at my house.
