Muir Glen $.75/1 Coupon (.24 at Whole Foods!)

Ok well it is the 1st ya’ll!!  So expect to see tons of new coupons coming out!  I will try to keep on top of them but let me know if you spot a good one too.

The Muir Glen coupon is back and I am happy to see it is for .75/1 and on ANY product!

My Whole Foods has the organic tomato paste for .99 a can- so just .24 after coupon!  The canned tomatoes go on sale for as low as $1 frequently as well.

I did notice that my Target has the organic soups on sale for $2 this week- so $1.24 after coupon!

Yay! These are the best tomatoes, and when they go on sale and we have coupons, they are just as affordable as other brands. : )
Last time I stocked up, I got Fire Roasted and put them in chili. Yum!

I use these as well, but always wonder about the BPA in the cans–does anyone know if this specific brand has that or not?? TIA!

Did you see the new Whole Foods coupon book? It has $1/1 for Muir Glen! I bought two of the Fire Roasted tomatoes- $2.14 a can with $1.75 off, so $.39 a can! I’ll be stockin up. Also, Pacific coupons and more!

I looked at the whole foods site and there weren’t any Muir Glen coupons left. :(

Elizabeth, the Muir Glen coupons are not on the website; they are in the in-store booklet called “The Whole Deal.” Just ask for one at customer service. They include different coupons from the website!

Jessie March 2, 2011 at 10:20 AM

They’re not online yet. The Whole Deal booklets are in the store..

@momto3, Soft Landing researched this very topic and suggests Pomi or Trader Joe’s tomatoes if you’re really concerned with BPA. Here’s a link to their blog post on the subject: http://thesoftlandingbaby.com/2010/01/14/bpa-free-tomatoes-do-exist/

Thank you Danielle! The high acidity of the tomatoes with the can kinda freaks me out and its not summer anymore so I cant can any fresh tomatoes! :(
