UPDATE AGAIN: Well darn. I watched 5 videos and lost about 14 minutes of my life and got 4 questions correct. When I printed the coupons they were for .50/2 products. So either this promotion has ended already or I did something wrong.

I did this a bit ago, I think I answered 3 questions right..I was onto the 6th video when it froze. I quickly went to claim prize and it said I unlocked 3 prizes…. .50/1(I think this was the first prize)and 1.00/2 and then the third prize was a free bottle of suave..
Ok good. Maybe it was just me and my mind was numb from the videos and I din’t check something right. My coupons were printable.
Do not click on the claim prize button until you have finished watching the videos. You can check your progress by clicking ckeck your progress button. HTH. BTW the first four answers are B,B,A,A, thats if you just want to get the 2 free product coupons.
Those videos were pretty annoying. 🙂 But it took until the last one for me to get 4 right. I had the options on the left-hand side and chose 2 free product coupons. Entered in mailing info and it said they should arrive in 6-8 weeks.
I got 5 out of 8 correct, but when I go to claim my prize, it won’t let me select 1. It says I have 5 prizes unlocked, but doesn’t list them so I can pick one. What should I do?
I watched the videos, got 4 right eventually, entered my info and clicked submit and it brought me back to the same screen showing my information. Did the same thing multiple times without luck. Maybe the site is overwhelmed with traffic right now.
@Misty- I had the same experience. I wonder if they are out of prizes?
I also keep getting sent back to the same screen. I clicked on their site, and it said it was “down for maintenance.” I’m sure they’re site must have crashed. Bummer! I sat through all those videos for nothing! LOL! We’ll keep our fingers crossed, tho, right? 🙂

I was finally about to watch 7 of the 8 videos (in Mozilla, not IE or Chrome). I got 5 questions correct and was able to claim a prize for 1 free product.
I figure 1 free product is better than nothing!

Do you know if I can refresh the page if the arrow is spinning round and roiund for over 4 minutes. I got 5 right so far and I’m on my last one and it’s frozen. I don’t know if I should try to claim my prize or hit the refresh button. I’m afraid though, if I hit the refresh button that it might prevent me from collecting my prize.

Keep refreshing and eventually on the left hand side where you fill out your info a drop down box will appear to choose your reward, but keep in mind there are only 2700 or so given out each week. I saw this on facebook or the sight, I can’t remember exactly. Hope this helps. They may have reached the 2700 rewards already which is why you only got the .50 coupon.
Well it kept freezing for me and I would refresh and it had the ones I already watched saved. The ones that I didn’t get all the way through I had to watch again.

After the intro it actually had saved my results, Maybe too much traffic cause I could never take the last one so I went to claim my prize and it said I unlocked 5 prizes and one was one free product. So I’m happy about that – thanks for letting us know about this!
I finished 7 questions with 4 corect and the last one wouldn’t load, so i just clicked “claim your prize” I got to select “free product” or two other coupon options, and then i entered my info and it said it will be mailed to be in a couple of weeks.
Me too Charlene, but once I got to the point where I could claim a prize, I filled out my info and it had a green check box that said prize and coupons (or something like that) and would not let me do anything and when I tried to submit it said error. So I closed the website, opened, clicked on claim prize gave it a minute and eventually I got a drop down menu with options of coupons for free products. Also they have a status update on FB about this. Hope it helps. Oh what we do for free products!! 🙂

I ended up getting a free product. I watched 5 videos I think, got 4 correct. When I checked my progress it said some of the prizes were unavailable. But I am happy with a free product.
I like Suave products but these videos are HORRIBLE: The host is annoying, the “tests” are ridiculous, and the models just keep grinning through it all! To whom are these supposed to appeal?
