CVS Updates: Free Dove Deodorant, Revlon Moneymaker!

Here are a few updates from the CVS front.

I went to my store on Sunday and I got a coupon at the CVS coupon machine for $3 off any Revlon Cosmetic item.  I didn’t intend to buy the Revlon polish this week but I couldn’t resist with that coupon!  You might grab the $1/1 Revlon from 2/13 SS just in case you get the same one I did.  Here is the math IF you get the coupon:

Revlon Nail Polish $4.99
Get $3 ECB back
Use $3/1 CVS coupon
and Use $1/1 Revlon coupon
Final Price: $2 moneymaker!

or
Buy any Revlon Eye or Lip item $7.49
Get $4 ECB
Use $3/1 CVS coupon
and Use $1/1 Revlon coupon
Final Price: .51 moneymaker!

**

I also got a $1/1 Kellogg’s cereal coupon from the scanner.  You can look for small cereal cups and possibly get those free.  Or next week Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Crunch is priced at $2.50.  If you grab the $.70/1 Raisin Bran coupon you can get a box for $.80.

**

It appears the Dove Men + Care is priced at $2.00 at many stores.  This is a tricky deal and requires a little legwork on your part.

From what I gather, many stores do not have the tags up on the products.  My store had them priced at $5.49.  So what you will want to do is actually scan the items and see what the prices comes up at.  It also seems only some varieties of deodorant are priced at $2.00- so you might grab a few and see what you find.

If you print the $2/1 Dove coupon here they will be free!

(The coupon says “redeem at Walmart” but it is a manufacturer coupon and you should be able to use it at any store.)

See the CVS deals for the week here.

Thanks! I was wondering what to do with the Kelloggs coupon I got this morning. Also, my cashier let me use the CVS free candy or soda coupon (from facebook) toward $2 off the Butterfinger/Nestle Easter candy deal making each of the 4 bags $0.75. Yeah for cheap Easter basket candy!

For the Revlon Jose? No problem- it is easy to just call the # on the back of your Extracare card and give them your receipt info. They can push the ECB through and then the next time you shop it prints at the coupon center.

The Revlon nail polish at my store in NorCal is $3.99 so it would be a $3 money-maker for those that got the $3 CVS coupon.

i was just going to send you a message about this revlon coupon printing from the scanner machine, when i saw this post! the one i got here in NC was $5 off a specific kind of revlon eye mascara or liner (couldn’t use on polish). so with the $7.49 price – $5 coupon, and the $4 ECB = $2.51 moneymaker! yipee!

I went today to use the $2 Facebook candy coupon and got the Kelloggs coupon as well as a $5 off any Revlon Custom Eyes Mascara or Eye Shadow. They were on sale at my store for $7.49 with $4 ECB back so $1.51 money-maker. I didn’t have Revlon MFC since our paper doesn’t have inserts but that would make it a better deal! My Grandma got the Kelloggs coupon and a $3 off any Revlon cosmetic tool.

On a different CVS note, has anyone been able to find a CVS near them that has the strollers in stock? I couldn’t go on Sunday and the two near me on Monday were already sold out. I was really disappointed! Great deals this week though, especially on that Revlon lip with the CVS coupon. So glad I didn’t throw it out when it printed for me last week!

This week has been a great week for me at CVS. I leave near a CVS and I usually go several times a week. I made 3 different trips this week. I listed them below.

I got 1 Revlon nail polish at 3.99 and 1 Nature Valley bars for 1.99. I used 3.00 ECB (I cannot remember from what) and (1) 0.50 MFC for Nature Valley. I got both items for 2.76 plus 3.00 EBC back.

I got the CVS Kelloggs coupon and a CVS $ 1 Dove coupon. If you scan your card every day you get both of them everyday until Saturday. I have noticed that every week their are 2 coupons that will print everyday if you scan your card, and this week for me is the Dove and Kelloggs.

Then at my store most of the Kelloggs cereals are 1.99 so that makes it .99 a box. (I just happened to notice this with signage since it is not in the ad that I could see). They are 1.99 at Walgreens this week so I do not know if CVS decided to compete with Walgreens. The Dove candy is $3.00 this week and is included in the spend 10 and get 3 ECB.

I got one Revlon Mascara at 6.49, one bag of Dove at 3.00, and a box of Kelloggs Special K at 1.99. I used the 5.00 off Revlon CRT, the $1 Dove CRT, the $1 Kelloggs CRT, the $ 1 MFC Revlon, and the $3 ECB from the nail polish. I paid 1.14 and got 4.00 back from the Revlon mascara.

I got 3 Kellogg cereals at 1.99, 2 bags of Dove at $3, and 1 bag of Starburst jelly beans at $2.
I went in and scanned my card three more days this week so I had 3 CVS $1 off for Kelloggs, I used the MFC $1 off 3 Kelloggs cereal, the CVS 2.00 of a single candy (for the Starburst), two $1 off Dove, and the 4.00 ECB from the Revlon mascara.
I paid 2.45 and got 3 ECB back for the candy.
